Today starts November and the 'thankful for' season. I may be eager to get my Christmas stuff up, but I don't forget about what this holiday is about.
November 1--- I'm thankful for a safe arrival of my brother in NYC. His girlfriend is running in the NYC ING marathon on Sunday and he made it out there to support her. She arrived before the storm and has been trying to train amidst the devastation. After hours of travel and 'taxi waiting', he finally made it to his hotel safely! They were together this morning to see her interview on CBS This Morning. Love it! : )
