Toning Tuesday- Dolphin Plank

I've started teaching a yoga/Pilates class after work for some co-workers! I am loving it! I've decided to take what I'm doing there and make weekly suggestions of new things for you to try.



While in Dolphin Plank, keep your core engaged (belly button pulled back towards that spine, and keep everything tight) and keep your body as level as possible.

Then raise your bottom in the air and push the floor away through your elbows and shoulder blades.Try to reach your heels for the floor.
