Real Life...

Real life at our house....

Real life at our house means that we eat almost every meal from a box, bag or take out container.... I'm working on cooking more, but it's a slow process.. I've set a goal to cook 2 meals a week, and I'm sticking to it, but any more than that is tough!

Real life at our house is having the TV on all evening bouncing from favorite show to favorite show...or movie to movie (that's how it is with a movie buff for a husband)

Real life for us is planning our future all the time... what our house will look like, what we'll name our kids, what we want to save our money for, etc....

Real life at our house is Dave Matthews, Pearl Jam, The Beatles, or other favorite bands playing often from the computer speakers...

Real life at our house is Cam watching movies and me surfing the internet.... planning my future classroom most evenings after dinner...

Real life at our house is a cluttered bedroom because we haven't bought a home yet and we use our bedroom for everything--- office, theater, dining room, storage room and bedroom.

Real life for us is an unmade bed that I cannot wait to crawl into every day after work...

Real life for me is sweet snack late at night.... every night! Usually chocolate milk and a sweet indulgence of some kind...

Real life for us means constant injuries, illnesses, doctor's appointment that often alter or cancel plans due Cam's heart condition, benign tumor, and ruptured disk....

Real life for us is using furniture from college or passed down to us because we don't want to move our nice furniture to our apartment because we have hopes of a  new house soon...

Real life for us seems tough at times, but we get through it, day by day, because of our love for each other....
