Your challenge, if you choose to accept...

Hey Everyone!!! I've been doing my challenge for a week now and I am so happy that I'm doing it!! I can feel a difference in my arms (triceps especially), thighs and stomach from all the yoga I've been doing..... and I'm loving it!

I really recommend yoga for anyone looking for a low impact workout, like I was after a pulled muscle.
